We hit a deer on our way back home from our road-trip honeymoon at about 5 am on a Saturday, and our minivan was not drivable. The tow truck driver suggested Turner's but said they aren't open on Saturdays though we should be able to get hold of them to discuss options. But when we got there at around 7 or 7:30, they were open, apparently working on a backlog. We needed a new radiator, fan, headlight, and blinker in order to get home and they could probably get those from the salvage yard down the street which also wasn't supposed to be open on Saturdays. They told us they might have it done Saturday or it could be Monday. I guess the salvage yard was open, because at 2:30 pm that day (Saturday), they called us to let us know it was ready. We left for home the next day and got home just fine. In order to fix the rest of the damage and get the van back to its previous condition, we took it to a body shop at home. The deer had dented the frame, so Turner's had bent it back into place, and it was possible that if the previous work had fatigued the metal the whole van would be uninsurable. But no, they did a great job, and the van will be completely repaired. Many thanks to Turner's for helping us get home safe and quickly!
